We are confident you will love your Stained Splinters purchases. Should you have an issue with an item you purchased, please contact us by phone or email.

No refunds or exchanges will be made on special orders, custom items. 

Returns/exchanges will be accepted on all other items as long as they are in new condition with all tagging within 14 days of purchase date. Must present original receipt for credit if we cannot find your purchase in our system. You can return your item for an exchange of an item of your choice in the store at equal or lesser value of your original purchase price or receive store credit only.  Any difference in price will be collected at time of exchange or credited to a gift card should we owe you. All sale rack items are final sale. Future sales will not be honored or credited once you have already made your purchase.

Purchases made on any of our online selling channels will need to be referenced by your order number in order to process your return or exchange.  Forced returns without contacting our store first will not be accepted.  When returning your item, please ship back with a copy of your receipt for fastest processing. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.  Once we receive your item back you will be credited the item total minus any shipping that we originally paid to send the item to you plus a 20% restocking fee.

All custom order sales are final. 

  • Can I return my item? Custom items are not eligible for return or refund. Please check your spelling and all item dimensions carefully when placing your order. The only exception is if an item was received damaged. 
  • How many days do I have to to return a product that was received damaged?  Contact us via email within 24 hours of receipt of your package to report items which may have arrived damaged. We will send you a return mail label within 48 hours. We can either remake the item or issue a full  refund. 
  • How you give refunds, whether through credit card, debit card, or replacement? Customers can choose to have their item replaced or a refund issued to their initial form of payment. 
  • Who pays the shipping charges for returns? Stained Splinters will pay for any returns in the event that your item was received damaged. 
  • How many business day it takes to receive a refund? Refunds should be in your account within 5-7 days after they have been initiated.
